RAGŪ is a takeaway kitchen founded in 2017 that specializes in traditional Bolognese cuisine with a focus on artisanal products and handmade fresh pasta. Our menu includes tagliatelle al ragù, tortelloni, balanzoni, lasagne, and tortellini that have given rise to a tradition to take away, becoming a true Bolognese street food. Our bread and sauces are also made in-house in our Errelab laboratory and available at our points of sale. We operate with two complementary concepts: Ragù, dedicated to local and authentic food, and Ragù & Draft, which pairs traditional cuisine with our original artisanal draft cocktails.

The intent is to give value to the culinary cultural heritage of our Emilia-Romagna region by translating it in a way that makes it accessible, high-quality, and contemporary. Made for urban takeaway consumption. Without compromise, but rather staying true to artisanal production. Ragù Bologna distinguishes itself through complete in-house preparation, from fresh pasta sheets to sauces, from bread to cocktail components, which thanks to the draft-drink system combines premium ingredients and original recipes as well as low glass consumption and reduction of waste related to transportation impact.

Our points of sale are located in the center of Bologna – via Goito 9/b and Piazza Aldrovandi – and combine the possibility of consuming immediately on-site in takeaway format or taking our products home.

All our recipes are created and produced in-house to make the flavors as close as possible to the memories of our childhood. Recreating the perfect alchemy that made us feel good, to share it with you.

[/et_pb_text][/et_pb_column][/et_pb_row][et_pb_row column_structure=”1_2,1_2″ use_custom_gutter=”on” gutter_width=”1″ make_equal=”on” _builder_version=”4.19.5″ _module_preset=”default” width=”100vw” max_width=”100vw” custom_margin=”0px||0px||false|false” custom_padding=”2vh||0px||false|false” global_colors_info=”{}”][et_pb_column type=”1_2″ _builder_version=”4.19.3″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}”][et_pb_text _builder_version=”4.19.5″ _module_preset=”default” text_font=”ferry||||||||” text_text_color=”#ab1928″ text_font_size=”3vw” text_line_height=”1em” header_2_font=”ferry||||||||” header_2_text_color=”#ab1928″ header_2_font_size=”36px” custom_margin=”||||false|false” custom_margin_tablet=”65px||23px||false|false” custom_margin_phone=”0px||0px||false|false” custom_margin_last_edited=”on|phone” custom_padding=”30px|5vw|0px|5vw|false|true” custom_padding_tablet=”80px|5vw|0px|5vw|false|true” custom_padding_phone=”0px||||false|true” custom_padding_last_edited=”on|phone” animation_style=”slide” animation_direction=”bottom” animation_duration=”700ms” animation_delay=”0.1ms” animation_intensity_slide=”4%” text_font_size_tablet=”3vw” text_font_size_phone=”5vw” text_font_size_last_edited=”on|phone” header_2_font_size_tablet=”36px” header_2_font_size_phone=”4.5vw” header_2_font_size_last_edited=”on|phone” global_colors_info=”{}”]

RUGGINE, EST. 2014

[/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=”4.27.5″ _module_preset=”default” text_font=”Urbanist||||||||” text_text_color=”#ab1928″ text_font_size=”2vw” text_line_height=”1.2em” link_font=”||||on||||” link_text_color=”#ab1928″ header_2_font=”ferry||||||||” header_2_text_color=”#ab1928″ header_2_font_size=”36px” custom_margin=”||||false|false” custom_margin_tablet=”65px||23px||false|false” custom_margin_phone=”0px||0px||false|false” custom_margin_last_edited=”on|phone” custom_padding=”24px|5vw|5px|5vw|false|false” animation_style=”slide” animation_direction=”bottom” animation_duration=”700ms” animation_delay=”0.2ms” animation_intensity_slide=”4%” hover_enabled=”0″ text_font_size_tablet=”3vw” text_font_size_phone=”4.5vw” text_font_size_last_edited=”on|phone” global_colors_info=”{}” sticky_enabled=”0″]

RAGŪ was born from Ruggine: our cocktail bar and bistro.
